QUALIT CONTROL SYSTEM
· Supplier selection: Strict supplier audit standards to ensure that the materials provided meet the design requirements and standards.
· Raw material inspection: The purchased raw materials need to pass strict testing and quality certification to ensure that they meet the production standards of our company (such as the thickness and hardness of metal materials, the performance of batteries, the durability and UV resistance of plastic parts, etc.).
· Design review: The R&D team of more than 20 people conducts several reviews during the design phase to ensure that the design scheme meets the requirements of safety, functionality and reliability.
· Prototype test: Through the prototype fatigue test, load-bearing test, environmental adaptability test, etc., to find and solve potential design problems.
· Process standardization: Establish standardized production processes, including operating standards and quality requirements for each production step. And strict training of production personnel to ensure strict compliance with standards.
· Parts testing and monitoring: Professional testing equipment is set up in key production links, such as lifting cylinder pressure test, drive assembly power test, etc., to monitor the production quality in real time.
· Equipment maintenance: regular maintenance of production equipment to prevent product quality problems caused by equipment failure.
· Process optimization: Continuously optimize the production process to reduce the possible errors and defects in the production process.
· Factory inspection: Before the product leaves the factory, the product is comprehensively inspected, including basic function test (forward and backward, lifting and lowering, battery charging), appearance inspection, load test, etc., to ensure that the product meets customer requirements.
· Sampling inspection: sampling inspection is carried out in the mass production process to assess the overall quality level of the product. The standard refers to the ISO 2859 sampling inspection procedure, and the AQL must be lower than 0.65% as the factory standard.
· Problem feedback mechanism: Establish a sound quality feedback mechanism, obtain customer feedback in time, and track and improve product defects or problems.
· Nonconforming products treatment: For nonconforming products, clear processing procedures to ensure that nonconforming products do not enter the market, and analyze the causes and take preventive measures.
